Prospective doctors start their careers with a lot of idealism. In their day-to-day work, however, they are confronted with long working days, inefficient administrative processes, a lack of modern, digital infrastructure, unequal treatment and rigid hierarchical levels.
The panel discussion "Berufung oder Burnout - Arbeitsbelastung in der Medizin" (in German only) addresses these issues. Leading representatives from politics, healthcare and education will take part in the discussion.
